Instructor - Accounting jobs in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a cold-storage construction and maintenance company to find them an Accounting Clerk to handle AP/AR duties. This is a well-established company, in business for over 30 years, that is poised to continue to grow.

Job Summary

• Heavy data entry and invoice reconciliation
• 3-way-matching and 2-way-matching invoices
• Issuing payments twice a month
• Coordinate with purchasing, dispatch, construction PMs and warehouse
• Manage $600k-$800k portfolio in outstanding debt per month
• B2b Collections
• AIA billing

Qualifications

• 2 years in an Accounting Clerk type role handling AP/AR duties
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Construction experience is a plus
• 100% onsite position to start
• Able to select between 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm schedules
