Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Accounting provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Our accounting firm is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. Our firm has offices in both Priest River and Sandpoint Idaho. We are looking for a team member that is great with customers and willing to learn basic level bookkeeping with an amazing team. This individual must be detail-oriented, organized, have the ability to effectively communicate and be willing to help out as needed. Room to grow and earn commission within the firm if desired and motivated.
Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping data into QuickBooks
- Reconciliations
- Producing financial reports
- Payroll
- Scanning/Filing
- Communication with clients and team members via Walk ins, Phone Calls, and Emails
- Accounts Receivable: Collecting customer payments and confidential client information
Required skills:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn new skills and software and be an integral team player.
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
