- Take accurate messages and ensure they are relayed to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
- Provide information to callers and assist them with their inquiries.
Administrative Support:- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and keep inventory up to date.
- Assist in organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.
QuickBooks Expertise:- Possess a strong understanding of QuickBooks software.
- Manage basic financial tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.
- Work closely with the owner to ensure accurate and updated financial information.
Requirements:- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
