We are looking for an experienced and certified pilates instructor that has a great attitude and is interested in working with adults over 50.

At Full Circle Fitness, we create lasting change for people over 50 so they can live life to the fullest for many years to come. Though our expertise and individualized attention we challenge our clients in a fun, comfortable and encouraging environment. The studio is located at the corner of Red Hill and Edinger in Tustin and offer’s Functional Aging Training, pilates, yoga and Tai Chi all in a small group setting.

We focus on getting our clients to move more efficiently so they can continue doing all the things they need and love to do! Our clients range from the healthy and fit to those just out of physical therapy and the very deconditioned.

This position is PERFECT for you if you:

• Have an amazing ability to connect with people especially those who are not born fitness fanatics
• Have tremendous patience to instruct basic exercises and proper form to folks who have never exercised and for whom fitness is not innate
• Have experience working with people with various injuries, from spinal, shoulders, knees, arthritis and more
• Know how to adapt your planned sessions to the clients’ needs and abilities; sometimes on-the-fly
• Know how to make every session a WOW experience that delivers the best possible pilates experience each and every time and has people coming back for more!

This position is NOT for you if:

• You think you have all the answers and love working solo
• You want to be an independent contractor
• You want clearly established policies and procedures and tidy to-do lists. This position requires thinking on your feet, finding solutions, and thinking through and responding to client’s needs
• You are not comfortable using a computer
• You get frustrated easily.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coaching: semi-private pilates sessions (3 people) and 1:1 private sessions.
• Programming: create and contribute to our clients programming.
• Accountability & Retention: responsible for knowing and implementing the standard protocols pertaining to client accountability and retention.
• Embrace and communicate what we do, how we do it, and why we do it

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pilates certification, relevant degree, or at least 1 years experience
• Neat, clean appearance; prompt & efficient, loyal, honest, and dependable
• Excellent communication skills are required, including phone etiquette and customer service
• Ability to coach in a team atmosphere and motivate clients
• A desire to change lives
• The ability to create constant wow experiences in the lives of our clients
• Passionate and willing to learn

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND HOURS:

• Part-Time Position, mornings approximately 6am- 1pm
• Flat Hourly Wage- no need to worry about commissions & sales
