- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or construction
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, and blowers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 80 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
