Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:- College degree or legal assistant/paralegal education preferred.
- Paralegal or legal assistant experience in probate administration, business formation, business administration, asset transfer or other related practice areas preferred.
- Ability and desire to learn new things and work in a fast paced practice.
- Good interpersonal skills with clients, attorneys and staff at all levels of the firm.
- Ability to work efficiently in Windows-based computer applications.
