Instructor - Business Administration teaches courses in the discipline area of business administration and management. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Business Administration provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Business Administration typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research.     We’re looking for someone like you who can:

    • provide high quality administrative support to executive team CIO Americas including coordinating daily scheduling and arranging meetings with senior-level managers
    • monitor Executives email inboxes which may include responding to emails as appropriate, tracking all follow-up of emails and responses and ensuring all important emails and administrative matters are addressed
    • maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursement process
    • provide in office support for Weehawken based team including professionally answering phone calls, field messages and direct general inquiries to the appropriate managers on the team
    • organize logistics for town halls, on-site meetings and coordinating locations, attendees, materials and communication
    • partner on key tasks related to building a new team with a focus on efficiency, organization, and positive employee experience including onboarding new employees/contractors, managing entitlement process, desk locations, and equipment set-up
