Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Business Administration typically reports to a department head. Summary: Reporting directly to the President, the individual provides support in a one-on-one working relationship. she/he will act as a liaison that serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external individuals on all matters pertaining to the President. The ideal individual will need to have strong written and verbal communication along with administrative and organizational skills in order to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations while being able to multitask. The individual will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. A possible transitional growth into an office manager position might become available for the right candidate.
