Yakima Valley College seeks innovative adjunct Business Instructors committed to community college students and their success. This position is part-time, non-tenure track. 

Reporting to the Dean – Workforce Education, the adjunct Business Instructors will be accomplished and active in their discipline, committed to participating in a multicultural, interdisciplinary learning environment, and skilled in the technology of learning and research.

1.  Master's Degree in Business Administration or a business-related field 
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a business-related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Minimum of one year teaching experience at the college or university level Experience developing curriculum
• Experience with a variety of teaching modalities
• Successful experience working with culturally and ethnically diverse populations
• Commitment to the community college philosophy

• Responsible for facilitating student learning in a variety of Business courses at the 100, 200, 300 and 400 levels.
• Provide classroom support for students with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels
