The successful candidate will shape the chemical “go to market” strategy and marshal resources in a strong “team” environment. This individual will be directly responsible for lead generation, prospect cultivation, proposal management, contract closing and account guardianship.
- Develop a winning profitable business from new and existing clients
- Managing and executing a client centered (i.e. solution oriented) sales process to burnish our client’s reputation as a value added partner.
- Establish goals for the vertical and work within the organization to achieve those goals.
- Overseeing daily operations and performance for the vertical.
- Assessing, evaluating, and reporting on key business indicators.
- Strategizing and implementing operational and structural changes with other senior executives.
- Performing regular analyses of business operations and enhancing current business practices.
- Preparing, delivering, and presenting reports at key executive meetings.
- Ensuring that spending and budgeting are in line with business objectives.
- Collaborating with General Managers to ensure company growth and stability.
- Ensuring project execution that consistently delivers value to both clients and company.
