(LSSE) (Established 1985), a dynamic and growing 160-person civil engineering firm, serving over 150 regional municipal clients, water and sewer authorities, private development, industry, and utilities is accepting resumes for a Civil Site/Municipal Engineer to join one of our Pennsylvania offices as the Regional Branch Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Interact and communicate effectively with branch managers, direct reports, clients, subcontractors, and other consultants.
• Set realistic expectations and ensure assigned projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
• Adherence to company quality standards and engineering checking and approval procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring the overall quality and technical accuracy associated with deliverables produced.
• Experience with Site design, bidding, permitting and construction phase services for development projects in the municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential and utilities/energy markets; stormwater planning, design, and construction phase services for collection and conveyance infrastructure, main–street municipal, residential, commercial, and greenfield site development projects and roadway, sanitary sewer assessment and design for civil municipal infrastructure projects
• Ability to organize and direct a project to completion
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
• Experience with MS4 regulations, NPDES permitting
• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience
• PE required
• Prior supervisory/managerial experience required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing.
