MARE networks with other adoption providers and promoters in the state to maximize the effectiveness of promoting adoption and finding homes for children waiting to be adopted.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Write profiles and photo-lists the youth featured on MARE and Adopt US Kids websites
- Coordination and publication of quarterly recruitment periodicals and youth, family and professional provider newsletters
- Assist with annual adoption month activities
- Produce print materials for MARE
- Develop content and maintain social media sites
- Participate in MARE recruitment events
- Conduct interviews with family, youth and professionals as needed

- Talented writer and story teller
- Demonstrated ability to produce publications
- Strong writing skills
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Ability to engage with and build rapport with youth
- Understanding of child welfare and adoption preferred
- Experience using Canva and have an eye for design
- Central Registry Clearance documenting that there is no record of child abuse or neglect.
- Internet Criminal History Access Tool (ICHAT) check and a National and State Sex Offender Registry check.
- A valid driver’ license with no restrictions as to when and where employee may drive.
