Alpine Dentistry is hiring a FT Office Manager responsible for providing amazing customer service, checking patients in/out, appointment scheduling, referral management, assisting with insurance claims and clerical duties. Office Manager Duties
Run daily employee meeting
Return calls and schedule accordingly
Open mail and sort bills for bookkeeper
Check in and walk out patients
Create treatment plans for patients
Discuss financial agreements/plans
Scan referral slips and help patient schedule with the other office
Check in lab cases
Sending prescriptions when needed to pharmacies
Order office supplies
Keep computers running smoothly/operating systems/updates
Human Resource paperwork
Calling A/R list every month to check on payments
Importing photos for patients charts and creating PowerPoint's
Closing reports for end of day (and end of month) in eagle soft
Submit Insurance claims
Daily deposit taken to Bank
