Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Education provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Education typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. In this role, you will:- Guide kids to explore Drama, Animation and Arts skills classes.
- Expand their imaginations.
- Teach kids the fundamentals of different activities from basic to advanced skills.
- Teach kids valuable lessons in teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS- Passionate about teaching (Coaching/teaching experience encouraged)
- Ability to work with students grades K-8
- Efficient class management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license or State ID
- You will be required to clear a background check via online/livescan
- Successful candidates must undergo and provide proof of negative TB testing
- Available between Monday-Thursday between 12pm to 2pm
- Ability to lift and carry ~20-50 lbs. on an occasional basis with or without accommodations.
- Available to start by end of May 2024
- Willing to work in Garden Grove, CA
