You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects through all stages of the implementation process. The Technical Project Manager is a professional who can anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts. We seek a sound communicator who can link developers and business units to ensure high levels of quality and timelines of projects' implementations Job Responsibilities: Develop requirements, budgets, and schedules for the software development projects. Bridging need from client requirements with solution to meet the need. Facilitate requirements meetings, including the peer review sessions, and status meetings with clients and project team. Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, with an inherent ability to work well under tight timelines and have proven problem-solving capabilities. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our teams through proper troubleshooting and prioritization methods as well as coordination and communication between the clients and the internal team. Ensure high-quality customer service and address and maintain frequent and proactive contact with the clients. Establish milestones, anticipates issues, and monitors adherence to project scope, requirements and design documents, schedules, and to the CSSC software development process. Assume day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, and that all deliverables are of the highest quality. Work closely with the CSSC Technical Project Management team to share best practices, help resolve project issues, and ensure that staff is properly allocated to tasks by considering staff’s skills and interests, and the project’s needs. Maintain client relations and communications including status reporting and informal conversations. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience or Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience Experience in applying best practices in software development lifecycle, including waterfall and Agile software methodologies, web-based infrastructure, and data-driven systems. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated aptitude to learn SQL are highly desired. Proven ability to understand technical concepts, including data relationships and software configuration. Excellent documentation and communication skills, exceptional team-oriented attitude, and a proactive and detail-oriented nature. Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities, dedicated to continuous improvement. The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Familiarity with software such as Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus is desired. Why Work With Us?
