Job Summary

BMA is seeking an Education Assessment Analyst to join our team in Leavenworth, KS! The Educational Assessment Analyst provides DDE with assessment and analytical support through Educational Assessment Corporation (EAC) Visual Data tools.

Duties:

• Map Test Bank Questions and Answers to EAC Visual Data

• Align data collection to a briefing format in MS Excel

• Establish and maintain collection data base by phase for each modality (TASS and ADL).

• Follows procedures as outline in the DDE SOP.

• Monthly EAC Visual Data Report by modality, phase, academic year, and block.

• As directed, provides additional reports, analysis, and projects to address

• Develops responses to Requests for Information

Clearance Requirements

There is no clearance requirement for this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience developing and working with metrics

• Extensive experience/knowledge of Excel

• Experience with graphical display of numerical data

• Ability to prepare and present data-based briefings

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of highly relevant experience

• Extensive experience with data analysis

• Experience tracking data in Excel, transferring data between systems, and providing reports based on Excel data.

• Multiple years of experience presenting numerical data in graphical formats

• Conducted data collection and analysis to feed calculation of metrics.
