Role Description
This role aims to assist students in sustaining their academic progress while undergoing intensive mental health treatment within the adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at New England Medical Group. The program caters to students between the ages of 12 and 18. This includes working with students, families, and home school districts to identify the most critical academic needs and develop individual plans to support those needs while they are in treatment.
