DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred but not required.
WHAT YOU DO AS AN ESTIMATOR - ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PM?
As an Estimator - Electrical Construction PM, your key role is performing estimating and project management work. Your responsibilities include estimating project costs, developing project plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. You collaborate closely with general contractors and our internal teams to coordinate project activities and resources effectively. Additionally, you oversee project progress, manage on-site personnel, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project success. You enjoy handling hands-on tasks like ordering materials and preparing submissions.
You estimate all job costs for material, labor, tier-subcontractors, and special systems and anticipate any other additional costs to prepare bids. With a strong understanding of electrical equipment, you manage and prepare material submittals. You understand, interface with, and manage job scheduling programs and time management coordination, which ensures that materials arrive at the proper job sites on time.
