Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in providing educational support to students across various subjects and grade levels.

Duties:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance
- Develop customized lesson plans based on students' needs and curriculum requirements
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improving their study skills
- Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or related field
- Proven experience in classroom teaching or tutoring
- Proficiency in subjects such as English and History
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Knowledge of curriculum development and learning technology
