Position: Congress Hall History Tour Guide – Part Time
Reports to: Guest Experience Manager
As a History Tour Guide for Congress Hall, this position is dependent on an ability to interface with the public and provide accurate information concerning specialized interests. This position contains aspects of customer service, information dissemination, and continuing education. A tour guide is responsible for the overall promotion of Congress Hall and Cape Resorts Properties through historical knowledge and entertainment.
