```Responsibilities```
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents including, but not limited to, Petition for Dissolution, Request for Orders, Declarations of Disclosure, UCCJEA, Judgments, Discovery, and Subpoenas
- Manage and organize case files
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, hearings, and court appearances
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working as a paralegal in family law is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
