We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! We are a growing law office seeking an enthusiastic assistant to work full-time. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive our success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Plan and schedule appointments and events.
• Develop and implement organized filing systems.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
• File documents with court clerks.
• Perform all other office tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong motivation and drive for success.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred.
