Job description The Law Clerk/Receptionist will provide support for our law firm. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication with our firm from clients, potential clients, other attorneys, and the court. This person should be able to multi-task, communicate effectively, and learn new best practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries.

• Responsible for monitoring case files.

• Manage and organize client files.

• Effectively multitask between various case-related duties.

• Engage in direct communication with clients, other attorneys and the court.

• Collect medical records, sort, and file incoming mail/email correspondence.

• Computer literacy is necessary.

• Perform office deliveries and pick-ups when needed.

• Schedule appointments and type letters as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a law firm or office administration.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in managing client files.

• Bilingual capabilities are needed.

• Proficiency in multitasking and displaying leadership qualities.

• Strong work ethic, ability to follow instructions, and eagerness to learn.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Depends on experience $10-$15

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM
