Instructor - Law jobs in Everett, WA

Hiring for well-compensated Of Counsel family law position. At least three years’ litigation experience required, including admission to practice in Washington. Not an independent contractor position. You would be a full member of the firm with potential to make partner. No need to bring business – we have plenty. Compensation based on percentage of gross receipts for work performed. Expected compensation $125-250K, plus 401K, dental, and medical. Earn well in excess of $300K if work hours comparable to largest firms. No billing requirements. We offer flexibility, staff support, and a congenial, friendly work environment. Run your cases without oversight, though team often discusses complicated issues and a managing attorney is dedicated to offering assistance, should you request it. No need to collect client payments (we have a system), schedule appointments, give free consultations, keep books, or compete for business. Management handles administration so you can focus on practicing law.

Choose to work in Everett or Bellevue office. Can also work remotely when desired.

What is required:

– 3 years’ litigation experience and member of WSBA in good standing

– Tech savvy

Ability to speak second language a bonus, especially Chinese.
