Instructor - Law teaches courses in the discipline area of law. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Law provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Law typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. The College is looking for exceptional colleagues to join the MVCC community. We are currently seeking a part-time Instructor for our Law Enforcement Program/Pre-employment Police Training Program (Phase 1 Academy). The Instructor will be assigned to teach military drill in the Law Enforcement Program as needed. Instructional periods are scheduled one (1) to two (2) times per month for one (1) hour.Qualifications:
- Must have experience with military or police drill training
