Our Colorado Springs office is looking for an Executive Legal Support Specialist to join our team of legal professionals.

The Executive Legal Support Specialist is a critical role within our organization, providing comprehensive support to the Firm Partners, Management and the Legal department. The position requires strong administrative skills, an aptitude for communication, and the ability to manage various projects and tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and a reliable communicator, capable of managing internal communications, coordinating events and project management effectively, and maintaining strict confidentiality. This position will also be responsible for carefully reviewing and proofreading demand packages before their final submission, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to firm standards. This person is assertive and capable of working with all personality types.
