We are currently expanding our operations in the San Antonio (78216) area and we are looking to add dynamic, career-oriented go-getters who have a passion for fitness and helping others to our team. We are looking to fill both full and part-time positions as we expand our current locations. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities: You will be a role model, teacher, coach and mentor who helps motivate and inspire people to bring out the very best in themselves. You will be responsible for…

• Teaching martial arts classes to kids, teens, and adults
• Planning and executing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Providing guidance and instruction on proper techniques and safety protocols
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback for improvement
• Maintaining and managing behavior and maintaining discipline in a class setting
• Creating a positive learning environment that accommodates different learning styles
• Demonstrating and promoting good sportsmanship and character development
• Motivating and inspiring students to engage in higher levels of training
• Organizing and coordinating special events, seminars, and parent nights out

We are seeking those with exceptional people skills who possess the "it" factor and have a passion for working with children, teens, and adults and helping them to develop physical fitness, confidence, discipline and self-defense skills.

Qualifications:

• 1 years experience working with kids
• Experience in Karate, TKD, Kung Fu or other hard style traditional martial arts
• Experience in Okinawan Karate a plus but not required

Education: high school or equivalent
