Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Liberal Arts provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Liberal Arts typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Position Introduction
The Fine Arts Camp Counselors work with the Pre-College Programs Departments in supervising campers enrolled in our residential and day summer camp programs. The successful counselor will be compassionate, vigilant, helpful, and inspirational to the young women attending camps. The counselor will be responsible each week for the supervision and safety of approximately 10-15 students, ages 9-14 in the residence hall, on field trips, and at all day/evening activities, and will assist assigned instructor with (3) 75- minute classes and (1) 90-minute class per day (Monday-Thursday) and rehearsal & performance for performance forum (Friday)
