Nursing Assistant Instructor
SALARY: $25 per hour
LOCATION(S): Adult Learning Institute
QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Nurse, who has worked in a nursing home for 2 years; had to have taught Nursing Assistant students. Adult Education Certificate required.
DUTIES: The chosen candidate will teach classes in introduction to Adult Nursing Assistant and Clinical/Laboratory Instructions; Oversee clinical rotations; Perform related duties as required, including tracking student attendance/hours (clinical and theory), test proctoring, and collaboration with other teachers/staff assigned to the Health Occupations Academy at ALI. Must coordinate expected curriculum, conduct practical training and perform all competency evaluations.
