Instructor - Philosophy teaches courses in the discipline area of philosophy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Philosophy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Philosophy typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. This is a part time position in the West Palm Beach area with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. This position has remote work opportunities, but you will be expected to be on-site at least 2 times per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
Teach students using the Mathnasium Method
Proactively and positively correct student behavior
Evaluate and document student progress and provide updates to parents
Required Qualifications:
Exceptional math skills through Algebra 1
Energetic and confident personality
Excellent communication skills
Reliable internet connection (minimum of 50 mb/s download speed)
Reliable computer and webcam
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional math skills through Calculus 1
Previous experience working with kids aged 7-17
