Instructor - Physical Therapy teaches courses in the discipline area of physical therapy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Physical Therapy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Physical Therapy typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing personalized instruction to clients. If you have a strong background in fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Conduct group Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants - Provide personalized instruction and modifications based on individual client needs and goals - Demonstrate proper form and technique for each exercise - Create and implement dynamic and engaging class routines - Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote the importance of regular exercise - Assist with fitness sales by promoting Pilates classes and packages - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment Experience: - Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness field is preferred - Knowledge of kickboxing, sports coaching, cycling, yoga, dance, or personal training is a plus - Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate clients - Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals We offer competitive pay rates for qualified candidates.
