Responsibilities

Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Independent Social Woker  provide mental health services

Duties include:

• Performing mental health evaluations & rendering diagnoses
• Developing treatment plans
• Providing weekly psychotherapy sessions with an established caseload
• Coordinating patient care with an interdisciplinary team
• Occasional crisis intervention
• Upholding 360care policy and procedures including compliance guidelines
• Adhering to HIPPA and CMS regulations

Qualifications

 Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience in medical settings and/or long-term care is a plus!
• Familiarity with the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness
• Knowledge of geriatric psych needs, like adjustment issues and dementia
• Ability to learn and utilize technology
• Heightened empathy and compassion
• Excellent communication, organizational, cooperation, and customer service skills
