Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Special Education provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Special Education typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Benefits:
Health and Dental Plans: The District offers 3 Health/Dental Plans with various deductible and co-pays. For 2023-2024 health insurance plans include $1,500 Deductible Plan, $2,500 Deductible Plan, and a $3,500 High Deductible Plan (Health Saving Account eligible).
Life Insurance: The District provides a life insurance policy at no cost to the employee and dependents. It is a $20,000 Term Life for the employee and $5,000 for dependents.
Wyoming State Retirement: The District pays 15.815% and the employee pays 2.805%
Paid Time Off (PTO): 11 days of per contract year.
