Insulation Worker applies insulating material to exposed surfaces of structures such as air ducts, hot and cold pipes, storage tanks, and cold storage rooms. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being an Insulation Worker is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Insulation Worker performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Spray Foam Insulation Installer - HIRING BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS
Standard Job Duties:
The Spray Foam Installer is responsible for the timely and smooth coordination of installing spray foam insulation in residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural environments to the required specifications.
Requirements or learning opportunities:
- Experience as a spray foam installer. (1-3 years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Ability to survey the job site and take steps to prevent and protect against overspray. This includes premises and vehicles parked near spray areas.
- Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to spray open and closed cell foam
- Must have valid Indiana Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Signing bonus
