Insulation Worker jobs in Springfield, MO

Growing bubble packaging converter with one production line is seeking a Production Operator to assist with all day-to-day tasks. Tasks are shared amongst a small team and include loading raw materials onto the production machine, adjusting machine settings, repackaging finished rolls; recording materials used, rolls completed and quality checks, daily cleaning of work area, preventative maintenance of the production machine, loading and unloading trailers using forklift or by hand.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively, punctuality and available for overtime, effective communication verbal and written, cooperative, organized, detail orientated, and willingness to support all aspects of the production environment. We are a small shop environment that offers competitive benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 5:00 pm (required)

Overtime & Fridays as necessary (required)

Some weekends (preferred)

Experience: Mechanical, General Labor, Assembly, Production, Forklift, or Industrial Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
