This Position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends or holidays!! Applicants must have a positive attitude, be a team player and willing to learn to be successful in their position.

Job Duties:

• Review and audit claims for private insurance carriers – using correct CPT and diagnosis codes - denial reports - correct billing error, resubmit claims for proper payment.
• Correspond with insurance companies to resolve payment delays, request for additional information, or to discuss denied treatment coverage.
• Handle all inquiries concerning insurance daily.

Job Requirements:

• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of an insurance EOB
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 35 WPM
