In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable. Must-have qualifications - High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience - Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education Preferred skills - Proficiency using office equipment - Proven organizational skills - Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties - Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment - Customer service and follow-up skills Schedule: Monday- Friday (40 hours per week). Start and end time will vary between 8am-6pm (based on business need); In-office position with an future opportunity to possibly work from home 1x per week based on performance and business needs.
