Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, billing inquiries, and payments, coordinating prospecting activities, and setting personalized insurance reviews. You'll also handle tasks such as entering leads, claims follow-up, and other tasks as needed to support the agent.

Qualifications:

• License: Must obtain an insurance license within six months of hire (Property & Casualty License)
