Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position requires excellent time management skills, a strong focus on customer service, and experience in the insurance industry (preferred). No sales required.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Position requires issuance of certificates of insurance and other administrative duties.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 - 4:30 and Fridays 8:30 - 3:00. No weekends.
