• Obtain (or has) their Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days (or less) from hire date. (I will help you with this process.)
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Build relationships with our business partners and clients.
• Be an excellent communicator - written, verbal and listening
• Be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected and reach their dreams
• People-oriented
• Knowledgeable of administrative procedures and software applications
• Excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills and professional etiquette
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Able to work in a team environment, as well as independently
• Able to multi-task
• Prior customer service preferred
• Can obtain Property & Casualty license

If you are a good fit and productive, then your hours and wages will increase accordingly! This position is with a Farmers Independent Contractor Agent, not with Farmers Insurance. Employees of Farmers Agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable license requirements and training programs. Farmers Agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Farmers Agents' employees are not employees of Farmers Insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
