Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking insurance coverage - Conduct sales consultations to understand clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies - Negotiate insurance rates and terms with insurance providers on behalf of clients - Assist clients with the administration of insurance benefits, including claims processing and policy changes - Market insurance products and services to potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and retail sales - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, including HIPAA compliance Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade clients - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients - Proficiency in Spanish or other languages to effectively communicate with a diverse client base - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and data security - Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is a plus - Ability to navigate insurance systems and benefits administration platforms Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
