As a Client Account Manager you'll provide high-quality service to designated accounts, field phone calls and office visitors requesting quotes and work with our insurance companies closely to determine carrier placement.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience - Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
