Job Description:

As a Licensed Insurance Professional, you will help grow Southern Oaks Insurance Services by engaging new prospects, servicing existing client accounts, and building strong relationships within the community. You will have the opportunity to work as a member of a high-volume sales team focused on providing insurance to help customers protect their homes, cars, and lives. As a member of our team, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance all while fostering long-term relationships as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive customer service experience
• Cultivate strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention
• Conduct policy reviews
• Process policy renewals
• Prospect and generate new leads through leads and referral sources
• Maintain knowledge of new products
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and personal goals

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Goal Oriented
• Attention to detail
• Sales Experience preferred
