The Underwriters Group, a Higginbotham partner, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative for our Louisville, KY office.

The Commercial Insurance Client Service Representative at this location assist the account managers in maintain insurance policies for the clients. Some of the daily job tasks include: - Invoicing policies - Endorsements - Audits - Cancellations

Qualifications and Education/Licensing Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Commercial Insurance experience is required
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Detail oriented, with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks
• Good communication skills-both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills
