Job Overview:

Insurance Account Representative/CSR for our agency in Blue Springs, MO. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. You must be outgoing, mature, disciplined, organized, and able to manage yourself. Job tasks include all aspects of servicing current and future customers including but not limited to: Administrative Tasks on the computer, responding to emails, answering phone calls, quoting insurance, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience: Customer Service Related Work (preferred)

Other Requirements: In order to maintain this position at the agency, applicant must already have obtained, OR be able to pass, the State of Missouri Insurance exam. For applicants who do not currently have this license, we will assist in the studying and cover costs associated with taking the exam.

Starting pay is $15-$19/hour depending on experience level.
