Higginbotham Insurance Agency, Inc, one of Texas's largest privately owned insurance brokerages, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative for our Brookhaven, MS office.

Customer Service Representatives at this location are Responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines of insurance to include:

• Processes and Invoices policies
• Assists clients with making coverage changes and completes all service requests efficiently
• Maintains detailed customer records in the management system (Epic)
• Answers or refers insured's questions and concerns regarding policies

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability and desire to work with people
• Strong organizational and time management skills require, with attention to detail
• Team player with a positive approach to co-workers, clients, and agency
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly motivated, self-starter

Location:

• Brookhaven, MS

Experience:

• 1 year of Commercial Insurance experience is preferred
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty License after hire

Systems:

• EPIC (AMS) experience is preferred, but not required
• Other AMS or CRM software experience is preferred, but not required
