Position Overview:

Local, long standing insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, organized, team player looking for a career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with their policies, payments, claims, etc.
• Review renewals and endorsements for accuracy
• Record payments, process payments, input deposits
• Record quote information to provide prospects with potential quotes from various carriers.
• Record/file claim information to provide to insurance carriers
• Maintain customer files

Requirements:

• Able to obtain a MT Property and Casualty license
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work as a team with fellow employees
