We are looking to hire for our expanding P&C insurance office
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage/service a book of business within the Property & Casualty-Commercial Lines Department.
- Make updates to Excel spread sheets and enters information into the agency system.
- Provide recommendations made by the carrier to the policyholder and forward compliance's to the carrier upon completion of the recommendations.
- Maintain follow ups for correspondence and carrier requests.
- Accept and process endorsement requests from policyholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adheres to deadlines
- Ability to use independent judgment to fulfill job responsibilities
- Pleasant and friendly with a focus on customer needs
- Prior insurance experience is a plus but willing to train college grad.
