Job Overview
This is an In Office position in Gaston, Oregon. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support

- Secondary Duties- Providing phone support in the office as needed, maintaining and servicing client accounts, requoting as needed, and other general office duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is beneficial

-Have a Property/Casualty Insurance license or have the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire date.

-30 hours a week Required. This is a Full Time position, but there is some flexibility.
