**Job Overview:**

We are seeking two highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agents to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting insurance policies to individuals, families, and businesses. You will work within our book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance sales/insurance customer advocate professional to grow their career and build a loyal customer base.

**Responsibilities:**

- Sell and promote insurance policies to customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and telemarketing.

- Conduct needs assessments to identify customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently negotiating and closing deals.

- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and policies to provide informed advice to customers.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.

- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new leads and opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven track record of success in the insurance industry including Customer Service.

- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and negotiate deals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.

- Knowledge of insurance products and policies, including personal and commercial lines.

- Proficiency in telemarketing and sales techniques.

- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.

- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Pay: $50,955.00 - $64,582.00 per year
